- We are open for short-term reservations (10 nights or less) from March 1st to November 30th.
- Our office hours are 10 am -6 pm, Monday through Saturday, from March 1st to October 31st.
- All hours may be subject to change.

- Office hours are very limited during the months of December-February, management can always be reached by phone or email, and any voicemail will be returned asap.
Rules
Registrations and Arrival
Check-In Procedure
- Check-in hours are from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
- Check-out must be completed before 1:00 p.m.
- No arrivals are accepted after 9:00 p.m.
- All RVs, guests, visitors, and individuals arriving in separate vehicles must stop and check in at the office immediately upon arrival.
- No RV may park at a site unless checked in at the office first.
- For security purposes, no exceptions will be made to the check-in requirement.
- Upon check-in, guests will be provided a car tag, a site map, and an access code for the wi-fi login.
- Upon arrival, staff will confirm the number of people, pets, and visitors in each party.
- Guests arriving after 6:00 p.m. must notify the office in advance to arrange after-hours procedures.
- After-hours arrivals must stop at the office upon arrival to obtain the car tag and site map from the office door.
- All after-hours arrivals must check in in person at the office first thing the following morning.
- Early arrival and late departure are allowed only by prior arrangement and are subject to availability.
- A fee of $5 per hour or partial hour applies for early check-in before 2:00 p.m. or late check-out after 1:00 p.m.
- Campers who arrive early without prior approval may access their site only if it is available and the early arrival fee is paid.
- A $10 late arrival fee applies to all arrivals after 6:00 p.m. to ensure staff availability.
- Guests are expected to follow all park rules during their stay.
- While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the onsite manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement.
Quiet Hours
- Quiet hours are observed daily from 10 PM to 8 AM.
- Courtesy hours are in effect at all times, 24 hours a day.
General Rules
- We have a saying at Big Creek RV Park that “Quiet time may be from 10 PM to 8 AM, but courtesy is at all times. "
- We want everyone to enjoy their time at BCRV Park and create some long-lasting memories.
- Please keep in mind that your idea of fun may not be the same as your neighbors’; so be mindful and neighborly, follow BCRV Park’s rules, and everybody will have a good time.
- All our rules are common sense and easy to abide by.
- Please make sure that all the people in your party know the rules as well, to avoid any problem; “I did not know” is no excuse.
Campsites
- Be mindful of your neighbors and keep music, TV, and noise levels down at all times.
- Keep RV exterior lighting adjusted so it does not interfere with neighbors enjoying the night sky.
- No clothing lines may be attached to trees.
- Only BCRV Park wood is allowed in fire pits.
- No trash of any kind is allowed in fire pits, including aluminum, glass, plastic, paper, cigarette butts, or any other waste.
- Elbow connectors are required for all sewer hose hookups.
- Do not use rocks, wood, or natural objects to weigh down sewer hoses, as this does not keep them sealed.
- To conserve energy, adjust the thermostat and turn off lights when not inside your camper.
Pool, Creek, and Pond
- The pool is for registered guests only.
- Children aged 14 and under must be accompanied by an adult.
- The pool is open from Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day Weekend.
- Pool hours are from 10 AM to 8 PM and may change due to weather or other factors.
- No lifeguard is on duty, and swimming is at your own risk in the pool and creek.
- No food or drinks are allowed inside the fenced pool area.
- No pets are allowed in the fenced pool area or pool patio.
- No jumping, diving, running, or horseplay is allowed in the pool area.
- No glass containers are allowed near or in the creek.
- Creek rocks may be slippery, so use caution and wear proper anti-skid water shoes.
- Any fish caught in the pond must be released.
- No wading or swimming is allowed in the pond.
- No dumping bait in the pond is permitted.
- No seining or bait nets are allowed in the pond.
Groups
- Campfire gatherings must be limited to eight people after 10 PM.
- Courtesy is required at all times.
- Loud music, television, or voices are not permitted.
- Appropriate language is required in this family-friendly RV park.
- Anyone who is disruptive and refuses to follow campground rules will be required to leave immediately without a refund.
Alcohol and Smoking Policy
- Campers must be mindful of how alcohol consumption may affect behavior and volume.
- If alcohol use results in refusal to follow campground rules, law enforcement may be notified, and the individual will be required to leave without a refund.
- Smoking is limited to campsites only.
- Smoking is prohibited in or around all buildings, near animals, the barn, propane tanks, trails, and all other areas outside campsites.
- This policy includes e-cigarettes, vapor cigarettes, and all similar products.
- Cigarette butts must be disposed of properly inside your camper.
Visitor Policy
- The visitor fee is $5 per day.
- All visitors must check in at the office, pay the fee, and sign the visitor consent form before proceeding to campsites.
- Visitors must follow all campground rules during their stay.
- Visitors are included in the eight-person per site limit unless prior authorization is granted by management.
- No visitors are allowed after 9 PM.
- Failure of visitors to check in will result in the entire camping party being required to leave without a refund.
Tents Policy
- One small tent may be permitted on Creekside and designated sites for an additional fee of $5 per day.
- Tents must accommodate six people or fewer.
- The eight-person per site limit must be followed.
- Tents are allowed only in conjunction with an occupied RV.
- Tents must be placed close to or behind the door side of the RV and fully within the assigned space.
- Notify the office in advance when reserving a site that includes a tent.
Length of Stay
- The maximum length of an initial booking is one week.
- Longer stays may be negotiated by reaching the office by phone.
RV Restrictions
- All RVs must display an official RVIA factory logo to be eligible for camping.
- This requirement includes SURVs.
- RVIA certification confirms compliance with NFPA safety standards.
- RVs over ten years old require prior notification to the office before booking.
- Photos of older RVs may be requested before a reservation is approved.
Vehicles, Bikes, Electric Bikes, Electric Cars, and Parking Policy
- Each site allows up to two vehicles plus the RV.
- Additional vehicles must be disclosed in advance.
- Extra vehicles must be added to the reservation and are subject to a $5 per day fee.
- Extra vehicles will be parked away from the campsite.
- ATVs, golf carts, and scooters are not allowed in the campground.
- The maximum speed limit throughout the park is 5 MPH.
- Electric bikes must not exceed the 5 MPH speed limit.
- Bicycles, skateboards, and hoverboards are not allowed on sidewalks near the Arcadia Center Building or pool patios.
- For safety reasons, no bikes are allowed after dark.
- Charging an electric car is not included in the camping fee.
- An additional fee of $8 per day applies for charging electric vehicles.
- Electric vehicles must be included in the reservation.
Pet Rules
- No known aggressive dog breeds are permitted.
- A maximum of two pets per site is allowed.
- Pets must be on a physical leash and under control at all times.
- Excessive barking must be kept to a minimum.
- Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets in all areas of the park.
- A cleaning fee will be charged if staff must clean pet waste, and repeat violations may result in a ban from returning.
- Pets are not allowed in the Arcadia Center Building, shower suites, fenced pool area, pool patio, or playground.
- Pets are permitted in the office.
- Pets must not be left unattended outside the RV at any time.
- Electric pet fences are not allowed.
- Tethered pets must be secured to a metal tie-out no longer than six feet.
- Pets may not be tied to trees, electric pedestals, picnic tables, or hydrants.
- A small fenced dog playpen is allowed if it prevents dogs from jumping out.
- Dogs in playpens must remain supervised at all times.

- 100% refund until 7 days prior to check-in.
- 50% percent refund 3 days prior, then 2 days prior, the reservation is no longer refundable.
- All refund calculations exclude the RoverPass service fees and credit card processing, which are non-refundable.
RoverPass Cancellation Policy
- The platform and processing fees are non-refundable.
- All Spot2Nite reservations require payment in full at the time of booking.
