Ho-Hum RV Park

- While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement - It is our desire to provide you with a pleasant and memorable stay. - For all the customer's comfort and safety, the following policies are in effect: - Management & Ownership Prerogative: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time. We reserve the right to make exceptions to the rules. We reserve the right to change the rules at any time without notice. - Check-out Time: Check-out time is 11:00 am. Check-in is at 12 noon. - Speed Limit: For the safety of our patrons and pets, please drive at 4.5 MPH or less, through the park - Payment: All fees are payable in advance. Fees are based on two people and one tow vehicle. All visitors must register at the office to use the facilities. - Vehicles: We reserve the right to refuse or allow vehicles at our discretion. In general, we do not accept homemade RV's, converted school buses, vans, box trailers, horse trailers, tents. All RV’s must be clean and presentable in appearance. All vehicles must be legally licensed, insured, and in operating order at all times. All Travel Trailers and 5th Wheel RV’s must be accompanied by a tow vehicle, meaning no drop-offs. - Cancellations: All reservations made outside of 14 days from the stay require a 20% deposit that is non-refundable for any reason. All reservations made within 14 days of the stay will be charged 100% and will be non-refundable for any reason. ANY CANCELLATION LESS THAN 14 DAYS FROM YOUR STAY WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL AMOUNT OF THE RESERVATION. Long Term Stays- Any reservation for more than 31 days will only be charged a 20% deposit, said deposit will be non-refundable for any reason. NOTE: ALL HOLIDAY WEEKEND RESERVATIONS MUST BE CANCELED 3 WEEKS PRIOR TO YOUR STAY OR YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR FULL -AMOUNT OF EACH RESERVATION IN YOUR NAME. NOTE: HO-HUM RV PARK WILL FIGHT ANY CREDIT CARD DISPUTES ARISING FROM CANCELLATIONS. - Hook-ups: Each site is full service with 50/30 amp electrical service, water, sewer, free WiFi, and cable TV. Premium WiFi is available for streaming. - Trash: Place trash in the dumpster located at the northwest corner of the park. - Laundry: Laundry and restroom facilities are located in the main building. Please do not leave your laundry unattended. No clotheslines or hanging laundry outside. - Pets: We love Pets and encourage you to bring yours, but you must take responsibility for them. Pet Policy for all customers. All Pets must be on a leash. All pets must be well behaved, guests whose pets bark excessively, or are aggressive to people or other pets will be asked to leave without a refund. You must pick up after them, a $50 fine will be imposed on any pet owner that does not pick up after their pet. - Children: Parents are responsible for their children at all times. Children must be on your site by 9:00 pm. - Washing: If you want to wash your RV or Car Please notify the office, there is a small fee. - Quiet Time: 10:00 pm -8:00 am - Ho Hum Pier: REGISTERED GUESTS ONLY ON PIER - Fishing: Ho Hum Pier is a licensed fishing pier for registered guests only. For everyone's safety, NO shark fishing! No fishing after dark! Do not leave the pole and gear unattended. Use only the provided bait cutting boards. Not pier railings. Cast net users, please remove seaweed from the pier. Stack chairs in the corner when not in use. No screw-in pole holders, Clamp-on only - Ho Hum Pier is a scenic pier for the enjoyment of all our nonfishing guests too. - PLEASE DO NOT OVERCROWD THIS PIER WITH GEAR. - Maximum gear per person:1 small tackle box- 1 fishing pole - No wagons.

Campground Cancellation Policy: If the guest cancels at least 14 days before your check-in day and time, they will receive a full refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience fees and a 20% park cancellation fee). If the guest cancels within the 14 days before check-in, there will be no refund.
